VI. Internal Capacity of DPLGA to Deliver SRAs (Corporate Initiatives)
In the preparation of its Strategic Objectives as described for each SRA above,
Dplga has been acutely aware of the institutional constraints it has to cope with.
In the process, DPLGA has closely examined :-
its staff competencies and motivation to deliver
the strategies it uses to deliver each output / objective
its current organization structure and adjustments required
the systems and processes it works with on a day to day basis
the values and attitudes that drive performance of staff
Based on an analysis of the above factors, DPLGA is putting in place, as part of this
Strategic and Corporate Plan, the following corporate initiatives to support the more effective implementation of its strategic objectives.
